AxionAOSP is an Android 15 ROM, but a ROM only feels right on a device once that device’s details are taken care of. This build does that for the Xiaomi Pad 6, in a form other owners can install.
What I built
A device-specific build on upstream AxionAOSP, released as a ROM ZIP with matching boot.img, dtbo.img and vendor_boot.img, and HyperOS 2.0.8.0 Global firmware included. The release page has install steps for a clean flash and an update, the changelog, and credits for the work it builds on.
Hard partMaking a general Android build behave on one tablet: Bluetooth, touch, rotation and heat.
What it does

Bluetooth
Fixed the BLE connection issue recorded in the release notes.

Made for a tablet
Updated touch profiles, and recovery and the boot animation rotated 90 degrees.

Performance
Tuned boot time, CPU sets and read-ahead, added PELT and Uclamp settings, and enabled HintManager.

Heat
Modified the thermal configuration, starting from the one for alioth.

Kernel and audio
The MagicTime kernel with KernelSU-Next and SUSFS support, and Sony Dolby Audio.

Cleaned up
Updated Wi-Fi display, and dropped the system-wide S9 spoof, the light service and EROFS building.

What I learned
- This is a June 2025 snapshot, with no newer build or release schedule. The original notes listed no known issues, but no device test matrix or automated test results were published with it.
